Jon has been actively engaged with DRU Yoga™ since a good friend took him along to his very first DRU workshop more than 10 years ago.  Recognising the completeness of DRU with its balanced emphasis on body, heart, and mind, he realised he’d found a wonderful toolbox for maintaining spinal flexibility, bodily strength, emotional wellbeing, and inner clarity & stillness. Jon rapidly learned more about Dru, has completed the four-year professional DRU Yoga Teacher Training program, and the two-year DRU Meditation Teacher Training.  He is also a member of the Professional Register of Dru Yoga Teachers.

In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, Jon has participated in many DRU Yoga and DRU Meditation™ workshops in Australia, Italy, Wales and Holland.  He has extended and deepened his knowledge of yoga and meditation through several visits to India.  An active member of the DRU Men’s group, when he can Jon also volunteers his time to help with yoga events wherever they are held.
